Return and Refund Policy – Aurevo Fashion

Your satisfaction is important to us

At Aurevo Fashion we want to offer you a clear and reliable shopping experience.
If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.


Return conditions

An item can be returned if:

  • it has not been used

  • it is in new condition

  • it is in the original packaging

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • customized products

  • liquid or sealed products, if opened


Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered packages.


Return procedure

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@aurevo-fashion.com indicating the order number

  2. You will receive instructions and the return form

  3. Fill out the form and resend the product following the provided instructions

  4. After receiving and verifying the return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method


Size exchanges

If you wish to exchange the size of an item:

  1. Contact our customer service indicating the order number and the desired new size

  2. You will receive instructions for the exchange

  3. After receiving the returned product, we will send the new size


Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, attaching photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we will provide:

  • a product replacement, or

  • an appropriate alternative solution, at no additional cost


Cancellations

Once confirmed, the order immediately enters processing.
For this reason, it is not possible to cancel an order after confirmation.


Return address

Returns are managed through our international logistics partner.

The return address will be provided directly in the return form, to ensure proper and traceable shipment handling.

(Note: in some cases, returns may be sent to international logistics centers, including hubs located in Asia.)
