Order Cancellation
Please note that once placed, an order cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This rule applies for the following reasons:

Immediate processing: our processing system begins handling your order as soon as it is confirmed. This includes packing and scheduling shipment, which cannot be stopped or canceled.

Stock allocation: each confirmed order reserves a certain amount of stock that will no longer be available to other customers. A cancellation at this stage affects stock management and order processing efficiency.

Changes to your order: Although it is not possible to cancel an order, in some cases we can help you make minor changes, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Possible changes include:

Changing the size or color of an item

Updating the delivery address

Minor modifications to your order

If you wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. While we cannot guarantee all changes, we will do our best to accommodate them if the order has not yet been shipped.
